You are going to flip for Feudo Montoni's Sicilian white, Grillo.

A perennial favorite of ours and featured by us over the years, the 2023 Feudo Montoni Grillo just made the list of Wine Spectator's "Amazing Italian White Wine Values." 

Timpa means "strong slope."  At nearly 70% incline, the terroir offers outstanding water drainage.  

And, at 600 feet above sea level, these vineyards produce a stunning Sicilian white that is crisp, refreshing, and mineral driven - not jammy like many Sicilian wines that endure intense heat.

Feudo Montoni's Grillo (pronounced gree-yo), is best known for its versatility.  It pairs perfectly with seafood (in particular, grilled octopus or prawns), grilled vegetables, and light pasta salads. This Sicilian white is loaded with refreshing flavors and is ideal for warm weather enjoyment.
