Vilmart & Cie is located in the Grand Montagne, where most of the holdings are Premier Cru. The now 5th generation winemaker Laurent Champs makes all of his wines organically.  The wine-making style produces crisp acidic structure coupled with the richness from the fermentation and aging process.
