It is a "finesse driven, elegant, cool climate example of the cuvée.... Reminding me of an Hermitage from Bessards, it offers gorgeous notes of blackberries, cassis, leather, scorched earth and pepper. The evolution of the Jonata vineyards in the last decade cannot be overlooked. For a grape that can only thrive in ideal conditions, this wine has intoxicating waves of dark fruit, dried sage and earth. It is velvety with gorgeously saturated fruit that rivals the likes of Hermitage's finest. It is world-class!
