It took fifty years to restore the legendary Old Taylor Distillery, which is now Castle & Key Distillery.  

Pinhook's "Bohemian Bourbon" is the first bourbon to be distilled, aged, and bottled at this famous distillate.

Bohemian Bourbon High Proof is a limited expression of 100 barrels; aged more than 34 months, it stays true to Pinhook's hallmark:  smooth!

Proofed at 114.5, this High Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon has a bright nose of tangerine, preserved lemon, and brioche, which lead to a deep and lush palate of dried papaya, toffee, cocoa, and almonds.
