Pure Provence!

Peyrassol rosé is so good, the only thing I change when and how I drink it is the food I'm pairing with this chameleon.
From salads to burgers to fire-grilled pizza to a wedge of cheese, few rosés offer such versatility - either as a stand-alone quaffer or a serious food pairing wine.
Nothing says summer quite like a thirst-questing rosé - and Peyrassol is one of the best from Provence.
"Incisive red berry, cherry, and citrus fruit aromas are complemented by building mineral and floral accents. Silky and energetic on the palate, offering intense strawberry, blood orange and honeysuckle flavors braced by a spine of juicy acidity. Finishes long and gently chewy, repeating the orange and floral notes." Vinous
Commandeurs harvests date back to 1256. With nearly 800 years of wine production, Commanderie de Peyrassol is considered a landmark in Provence, chosen for its secluded location.
A classic Provencal blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah, the wine also has 10% Vermentino, which provides gorgeous lift and vibrancy.
Enjoy the liveliness of the delicious rosé with classic pairings of salmon, scallops, or sea bass. You can dress it down with crudites. You can even enjoy it with your favorite grilled burger recipe.
Enjoy!
