Auntsfield's "Single Vineyard" is one of our most requested Sauvignon Blancs for a reason.  Each spring we have a waiting list in anticipation of its release. 

Created by a glacier, Auntsfield’s “Single Vineyard” is located in a valley surrounded by the ocean.

The coastal influence and cooling micro-climate provide a long, slow ripening period reminiscent of - but uniquely different from - a Loire Valley Sancerre.

Loaded with gooseberry, elderflower, and freshly cut grass notes all of which intermingle with tropical fruit, lively grapefruit, and fresh herbs. Refreshing and vibrant, the layers unfold with added notes of peach core, mango, and lemon-lime zest with a dry, lingering finish.

How do they achieve such character?  

Yields are kept intentionally low with only the most expressive fruit going into this cuvee.
