The best way to purchase this beauty is by the case(s).  It is not to be confused with a Beaujolais Nouveau, a simple wine released right before Thanksgiving.  Nor is it a Cru Beaujolais; a bit pricer and age-worthy (there are ten crus from the Beaujolais region).  

While cheese is a must, you can pair this Gamay with grilled meats, duck, chicken, and hearty salads.
