The 2021 Big Table Farm, "Sunnyside Vineyard" Pinot Noir Willamette Valley was a Merchant's Pick
Savvy Sommeliers Grab What They Can!
September 27, 2024
The pig may have put them on the map, but the rooster is making Big Table Farm famous.
Big Table Farm has been a favorite Oregon Pinot Noir producer of ours for over a decade. Their Willamette Valley Pinots are second to none. Even the labels, which showcase award-winning artistry, speak to the quality within the bottle.
Sunnyside Pinot Noir is a rare treat for Willamette Valley Pinot Noir fans; only 250 cases of Big Table Farm Sunnyside are produced, with most cases staying in Oregon, going to restaurants snatched up by savvy sommeliers.
The old-vine fruit brings a symphony of grace notes, along with freshly picked wild-berry fruit. Herbes de Provence, sassafras, cola, and a fine, light sprinkling of cola pile on the nuances. This irresistible wine will be hard to put away but will reward cellaring over the rest of this decade.
What We Love About Big Table Farm's Sunnyside Pinot Noir
We can't stress enough the exotic dried rose petal notes that lure you in; tart cherry fruit ripples through the leather and clove notes. Add earth and tomato leaves the to finish, and you have one amazing Pinot experience.
Prepare your favorite pan-seared or oven-roasted salmon dish. The 2021 Sunnyside Pinot will dazzle you, adding depth to your dining experience.
With so much demand from locals in "the know," barely any BTF makes its way out of Oregon.
Extremely limited. First come, first served.
Enjoy!
