Bottled with a label that pays homage to the original 1964 Scavino label, this Riserva is made only in years deemed truly exceptional, with the finest fruit hand-selected from five of the estate’s most prized crus—Fiasco, Albarella, San Bernardo, Bricco Ambrogio, and Ravera.

White truffle risotto or tajarin (fresh egg pasta) with butter and Parmigiano-Reggiano. The wine’s rose-petal aromatics, depth of fruit, and finely sculpted tannins elevate earthy Piedmontese dishes.
