Gaja's 2019 Brunello is one of the beauties of this classic and legendary vintage!

The 2019 Gaja Brunello is already full of life.  Fresh red cherries, raspberries, and herbal notes accompany tea, coffee bean, and hints of eucalyptus.  The entrance is bright and uplifting with sweet, pure fruit. The tannins are velvety and already beautifully integrated.  A harmonious wine, it is immediately impressive with balance and structure to enjoy over the next five to seven years.  

You don't have to rush to drink this beauty; you can certainly cellar it.  But, it will be hard to stay cellared after your first sip.

Gaja is our fourth Brunello di Montalcino feature from this off-the-chart vintage and needs a slot in your Brunello collection. Gaja is among our most requested Brunello year after year for a reason.  The wines are silky, smooth, and always an ambassador for the region.

There's also a little fact that few are aware of; the Sangiovese grapes in this wine come from Gaja's Rennina and Sugarille estate vineyards. Those Brunellos fetch in excess of $250 per bottle.
